Abstract

The uniformity of airflow velocity plays important role in the paint process and has a significant impact on the quality of coated surfaces. The objective of this research is to proceed CFD analysis of paint booth with currently used and updated exhaust air systems. The results of  the simulation allow to determine and compare optimal airflow velocity for different models and to recommend the best way for the company to update the paint booth, leading to the most uniform airflow possible.
