This paper analyzes an approach to humanities education through a case study of the Applied Humanities for the Labor Market program (University of Ostrava). In the era of AI and Industry 4.0/5.0, it demonstrates how to bridge academia and market needs using micro-credentials, internships, and project-based learning. Key findings highlight the efficacy of co-teaching (academics with practitioners) and replacing traditional theses with practical solutions to real organizational challenges.
