Quality of dental services from patients' perspective

The article provides an interpretation of the concept of services by various authors in scientific literature and describes the characteristics of services. It highlights the importance of service quality in the healthcare sector, with a focus on dental services. The second part of the article presents a quantitative patient survey, and based on the obtained data, analyzes patients' perspectives on the quality of dental services and provides a summary.
