Abstract

Employee motivation is considered one of the key factors influencing organizational performance, employee satisfaction and organizational commitment. The aim of this article is to analyse the employee motivation system in X company and evaluate its effectiveness from the employees’ perspective.

The research was carried out in an information technology sector organization operating in an international environment. Scientific literature analysis, internal document analysis, employee survey and descriptive statistical analysis methods were applied. Comparative analysis of two periods (2024 and 2026) was performed in order to evaluate changes in the employee motivation system over time.

The research results revealed that employee motivation is influenced not only by financial incentives, but also by work atmosphere, organizational culture, professional development opportunities and work flexibility. The study confirmed the importance of a complex motivation model combining both material and non-material motivation measures.
