In today's business, it is very important to find out how employees are engaged in work. The article analyzes the concept of employee engagement. The significance of the company's activities is presented. The scientific literature is analyzed to discuss the criteria for evaluating employees. The division of diagnostic elements into ten specific blocks allows for assessments of the company's employee engagement. By assessing areas such as leadership, career growth, purpose, teamwork, and well-being, the study reflects both the organizational environment and the individual psychological state of employees. The inclusion of recognition and work-life balance indicators provides additional depth, ensuring that the final engagement results are comprehensive and actionable. The results of the study revealed that the employee engagement index of “SPLIUS”, UAB is 68.7 percent. This result indicates that although employees maintain a stable professional relationship with the organization, there is a large untapped potential to increase emotional commitment and active engagement. The study revealed that the organizational environment is perceived as reliable and supportive, but the overall level of engagement is limited by perceived limitations in professional recognition and career growth opportunities. Therefore, in order to strengthen the current engagement index, the company should focus on strengthening internal communication and developing stronger employee evaluation systems.
